Yoga our own form of yoga
Friskis&Svettis yoga builds on the classic Hahta-yoga's bases and is own form of yoga which has been produced in harmony with the idea of Friskis&Svettis. Our yoga is found at two levels, Yoga 1 and Yoga 2. Yoga 1 - relaxed and meditative The simple and safe yoga exercises (asanas) for breathing, agility, strength and balance we have chosen to create a peaceful and meditative class. An experience where performance need does not exist and presence and tranquility appear. Exercises in a relaxed tempo lead to improved concentration, increased awareness and inner peace. You do not need to have trained yoga before. Yoga 2 - dynamic and fluent A more physically challenging and demanding class, which builds upon Yoga 1. We practice sun greeting A and B, then asanas which follow a clear structure. You yoga in a flow with exercises and breathing, but remain long enough in the positions to be able to absorb them. The class is 75 - 80 minutes and is begun with a sitting warm-up and ends with relaxation and tranquility. Yoga 2 is aimed at those familiar with yoga's bases or have trained Yoga 1 for a time and are looking for a more physically challenging yoga. Yoga ungToo big for Junior, too little for "the grown-up class"? This is a simple form of Yoga 1 suited for you who are between 13-15 years of age. Relaxing, simple and comfortable. |
