A safe jympa, especially suited for expectant mothers. The structure is comfortable and harmonious with selected exercises suited for a growing stomach and maybe unstable pelvis. In secure and stable starting points work through the body, with extra care for the back, posture and relaxation. After warm-up and appropriate training of strength and fitness the class ends with a long and comfortable part of limbering exercises, agility and relaxation.

The intensity and stress of the exercises lies between start and basic level.





 


Besides the classic Friskis&Svettis jympa at start, basic, medium and intensive levels there is also a wide offering of special jympa, i.e. Vänta barn.
