Vatten enjoyable keep fit in water
Vatten can make your training both tougher and easier. The water?s resistance makes your fitness and strength training efficient. At the same time we become lighter in water, your joints and muscles relieved of pressure and training becomes ultimately enjoyable. Being in water also makes training fun! We can move about in a completely different way than on land. Weightlessness is comfortable and a little playful splashing can be liberating. No risk of falling. Depending on the water's temperature, the depth and design of the pool the class can appear a bit different. In warm water for example the intensity is lower, in colder water higher. The class is 30 to 45 minutes.
