Stav cross
varied training with stavgång and strength at stations

Here stavgång and strength training are combined at different stations. We use apparatuses outdoors, but also the poles which can be very smart all types of training. The class starts with stavgång, then is followed with a part where we change between stavgång and strength training at stations. Afterwards stavgång with focus on fitness and challenges with intervals, speed games or hills. We naturally frame the entire training with a warm-up, cool down and stretching.

Stav cross offers much variation and is found at basic and medium levels.   
 




Stav cross/bas
For those who without staffs are able to walk at a quicker tempo. The tempo will be a normal walking pace with staffs. Bas also suits those who are experienced in walking with staffs and enjoy a lighter tempo.

Stav cross/medel
For those who exercise regularly stavgång or other training. We also walk on varied terrain and mix up training with speed games, interval training or maybe hills.
