Get going and build up fitness with Stavgång. Simple, effective and enjoyable with many advantages. Walking "actively" trains muscles, not least posture muscles. In addition Stavgång is an activity which those not used to training can participate in for a just a bit longer. You train your stamina and increase your energy.
    Walking in a group gives you energy and a spirit of community. And you get to train outside, positive for both body and soul. In our stavgång groups you receive tips on good technique and exercises.

Stavgång is found at start, bas and medium levels. More information on groups and class structure is obtained from your association. 





Stav/start
For those who have not begun training and not used to it and wish to try walking with a staff. You receive information about technique and training and the tempo is light. 
 
Stav/bas
For those who without staffs are able to walk at a quicker tempo. The tempo will be a normal walking pace with staffs. Bas also suits those who are experienced in stavgång and enjoy a lighter tempo.
 
Stav/medel
For those who exercise regularly stavgång or other training. We also walk on varied terrain and mix up training with speed games, interval training or maybe hills.
