A Skivstångspasset class, which has cut down on certain leg strength and instead adds 15 minutes of fitness training in interval form. The fitness exercises are simple but extremely strenuous, if you wish. The class is aimed at those who are well-trained and wish to supplement Skivstång with fitness training in the same class. The class is 75 minutes.

The intensity and strain lie between medium and intensive.
