Senior jympa for seniors
Seniorjympa provides important and fun training suitable for those a bit older. You train comprehensively to inspiring music and build both strength and fitness. In addition the Senior class has an extra emphasis on agility, balance and stability. We complete certain exercises slowly, others a bit more quickly, but all training is encompassed in a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere. Both exercises and exchanges are given time and space. The Senior class contains energy and movement satisfaction - and peace and quiet.
The intensity and load of the exercises lie between start and basic level.
