With emphasis on playing jympa for only children! At Knatte children aged 4-6 exercise without adults.
In Friskis&Svettis jympa for children we try to utilise and strengthen children?s natural and spontaneous attitude towards motion. It is important that the children have fun and they are active. The effect of individual movements is of lesser importance. Fun, exciting, playful, varying and with good music, is a good way to describe our jympa for children.
