Ki jympa
jympa with inspiration from eastern training

Ki jympa is a powerful, different and different type of Jympa inspired by forms of training from the East.
The class has a hearty part of strength training followed by a longer fitness period. The inspiration comes from martial arts techniques and Qigong. Ki jympa therefore also contains easier, more meditative exercises, especially at the end of the class.







 


Ki is our collective name for a group of classes, all inspired by eastern training. Ki is the Japanese expression for life?s energy and power. In our Ki-class we do physical exercises, concentration and breathing in various ways, from the lighter, meditative to the explosive, powerful.
