box and martial arts training meets keep fit
Box is a mixture of straight, powerful jympa at a medium level and tough, fun boxing and martial arts training. Everything with a positive attitude and gleam in your eye. Box is a focused and instructive class and training is characterised by simple, functional, direct exercises. We train with gloves and punch mitts.
Box is found at two levels, Box 1 and Box 2. If the class is only called Box it is primarily at level 1.
Box 1
You begin here. The training is simple, solid, sweaty and we use selected fundamental techniques. Instructions are basic.
Box 2
For those who have experience from Ki box 1 or similar. Here you have more technique, more complex sequences, large cushions to a great extent and instructions are less detailed.
