Ki balans is a barefoot and liberating class. With enjoyable and relaxed movements you train the entire body in balance, agility, strength and relaxation. The exercises are simple and natural with inspiration from i.e. Qigong, Yoga and Pilates. Together with all the class? exercises is a desire for presence and awareness of body and breathing. The music is fluent, rhythmic and harmonious and reinforces the purpose of the exercises. 
    In Ki balans the important thing is your own feeling and experience. You increase your body awareness, obtain better posture as well as a more flexible and functional body.

 


Ki is our collective name for a group of classes, all inspired by eastern training. Ki is the Japanese expression for life?s energy and power. In our Ki class we do physical exercises, concentration and breathing in various ways, from the lighter, meditative to the explosive, powerful.
