Jogging

Jogging is an absolute training favourite for many, as a form of training in itself or as a complement to other training. The advantages of jogging in a group are many, i.e. for those who are finding it difficult to get started. Or for those who enjoy the cohesiveness in a group. What everyone enjoys irrespective of the level is becoming inspired and taking part in a training experience with others under active leadership. 

Jogging is found at different levels from start, basic to medium. Try it out, the tempo classes are completely crucial for you to enjoy the training. We often jog approx. 35-45 minutes in all. At times a tougher class is offered, which can be a longer class of 15-20 km or a faster running class.



 



Start
For those of you who have not begun training or are not used to it and wish to try lighter jogging. Here we interchange walking and jogging. In order to participate you shall be able to exercise at a fast walking pace.

Tempo 7:30 - 10 min/km  

Bas
You have tried jogging, but have not really got going. Or you are an experienced jogger who enjoys a lighter tempo.

Tempo 6:30 - 7:30 min/km

Medel
For the experienced jogger. We also vary the terrain here, so hills can pop up.

Tempo 5:30 ? 6:30 min/km. 
 
 
Löppass
You are an experienced jogger and runner. Maybe you are out to improve your running and cut down your time. Or you enjoy challenging yourself together with others. This may be a faster running class as well as longer class of 15 ? 20 km.

Tempo 4:30 - 5:30 min/km
