The board can make exercises tougher and more intense or easier and more relaxed. In other words, you can work out smartly and effectively using the step up-board. Level differences affect and can vary the strength training, relax your knees and pelvic muscles when we train fitness, give support when we stretch etc. 
    Bräda has the ?jympa?s? essence and profile, at the same time as the training feels focused. An apparatus such as a rubber stretch band or dumbbells may also be used.
